Customs and Brokerage Fees:
Outside the U.S. you may need to pay any additional fees to claim your shipment depending on your country. Because such fees are very variable our store will not calculate or include these fees in your total. You are responsible for any of these types of fees and charges.

Order Ship to Name and Address:
Please refrain from any lewd language, profanity etc. when completing your order ship to name and address. Orders not matching this policy will be cancelled, and refunded minus a 5% order hold back. 

Free Shipping at $49+

Free shipping is available for most products when your order total amount is $49 or more. There may be exceptions on certain heavy products like sex machines or items requiring freight. (free shipping also does not cover customs or brokerage fees for international shipping). If we need to adjust the shipping, we will call you to discuss the charges and get approval prior to shipping.

Free Shipping is not available for International Orders or U.S. territories (PR,GU,VI and other minor outlying islands and U.S. territories.)

Billing Terms & Conditions

You will see YYTWEBSERV or YYTWEBSERVICES on your billing statement, this may show up to 30 days after for credit card purchases, depending on your billing cycle.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed it is very difficult to cancel as we pack and ship generally in the same day, for this reason all sales are final. If by chance we are able to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the order final sale price including shipping will be held back from your refunded amount to cover transaction fees and processing.

Order Communication

If we need to contact you about your order, including but not limited to: questions or problems with your order shipping address, out of stock items, failed fraud detection, corrections etc. we will do so via the supplied email address at checkout.  If we do not hear back from you after 10 days with the requested information, your order will be canceled and a cancellation fee of 5% of the order final sale price including shipping will be held back from your refunded amount to cover transaction fees and processing.

Return Policy

Can I Return an Item?

We value all our customers, but due the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges or satisfaction returns, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the item details carefully and ask a question if you need clarification. Please review your product selections carefully. We want all our customers to feel safe and trust that all items we sell and ship are 100% new.

Damaged Items:

If an item was damaged or defective, we will send a replacement. 

Items that are defective upon arrival, or if we shipped you an incorrect item (an item which differs from your original order, (NOT as a result of a mis-ordered item), ALL products returned can only be exchanged for the same item only. We will except return requests up to 28 days from the date of purchase.

Please be sure that when you receive your product(s) you inspect them and if they take batteries please test them with new batteries before requesting an exchange. If the item requires a wall outlet to function please ensure that the outlet is in proper working order before requesting an exchange (for instance, plug your lamp into it and ensure it is working properly).

Steps to request a replacement of a broken, damaged or defective product or incorrect order from YesYesToys.com:

1. Login to your account
2. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu 
3. Click the Return Item(s) button.
4. Please fill out all information necessary to help us replace your item or credit your account.
5. For broken, damaged or defective products as well as incorrect items: A clear picture of the packaging showing the UPC and original packaging. A clear and concise PG-rated video demonstrating the damage, or function/non-function of the item will be required to receive a replacement. These steps are to combat fraud, and keep our prices low.
6. ALL Items must be returned in their original packaging.

We will contact you via the email address we have on file as soon as your return /refund (credit) request has been reviewed to inform you of it's completion or status.

You should expect to receive your replacement within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the shipper to deliver your replacement (5 to 10 business days).

Refused, Unclaimed or Non-Deliverable Packages:

Shipping charges will NOT be refunded on unclaimed, refused or non-deliverable packages that are returned to our warehouse. In addition, your order will be charged a 15% restocking/returned item fee. Additionally, if you need the order re-shipped, you will need to send funds for the re-shipment, regardless if your original order qualified for free shipping. 

Item Not Received, Lost or Stolen:

If you do not receive your item, you have 30 days from the date of order to notify us so that we may file a claim, investigate the order and arrange re-shipment if appropriate. If you fail to notify us in this time frame we can not process a refund or re-shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: THE RISK OF LOSS OF ANY PRODUCT SHALL PASS TO YOU AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE DURING CHECKOUT. IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE AND CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCESSIBLE TO COMMON CARRIERS FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. 

We are NOT responsible if your item was delivered and has gone missing or stolen, you will need to file a police report with your local authorities.
